Getting your Meta business certified gives you the blue / green checkmark on WhatsApp
You can get your WhatsApp account certified ONLY if you have 5 press articles mentioning your company name.
How can I get my WhatsApp account certified?
First, make sure your Facebook Business account has been verified
Go to Settings on Kanal
Open the WhatsApp Profile tab
Then click Go to Meta
In the Meta interface, click the Profile tab, then Submit request
Fill in the form and add as many links as possible (up to 5 articles) ā the links most likely to be accepted are press articles.
If you have not done it yet, remember to enable two-step verification (ā required to secure your account and get it verified by Meta).
And you're all set! You will receive a notification with Meta's decision within 1 to 2 days. Check your email, your Business Manager notifications, or the profile section of your number for updates.
